Beneficiile eliminarii excesului de grasime

Eliminarea surplusului de grasime este aproape intotdeauna asociata cu aspectul fizic, iar aceast lucru nu este o surpriza, deoarece un corp atletic este ceva ce aproape toti ne dorim, deoarece ne ajuta sa aratam mai bine cu si fara haine. Dar stiai ca exista mai multe beneficii ale eliminarii excesului de grasime decat doar aspectul fizic?

In continuare vom discuta despre unele dintre beneficiile pe care le aduce adoptarea unui stil de viata activ si sanatos si scaderea procentului de grasime.

  • Vei fi mai energic/a

Cu ai mai multa grasime corporala, cu atat vei obosi mai repede si vei simti nevoia unui boost de energie in forma unei cafele sau a unei bauturi energizante. Eliminand acea grasime vei deveni mult mai energic/a, ceea ce te va face nu doar sa te simti mai bine pe parcursul zilei, dar vei si economisi bani pentru ca nu vei mai fi nevoit/a sa cumperi bauturi energizante.

  • Iti va scadea nivelul de stres

Avem destul motive de ingrijorare in viata de zi cu zi, iar ingrijorarea pentru felul in care aratam reprezinta doar un stresor in plus. Exercitiul fizic este o modalitate foarte buna de a scapa de stres, iar cu un program bun de antrenament si nutritie vei arata mai bine si vei fi mult mai increzator/increzatoare in tine.

  • Somnul se va imbunatati considerabil

Studiile arata ca printre beneficiile unui stil de viata activ se afla si imbunatatirea tiparului de somn, care te ajuta sa fi mai alert/a in timpul zilei si care, de asemenea, ajuta la imbunatatirea somnului noaptea. Cand facem exercitii de forta nu ridicam doar greutatile libere, ci si greutatea propriului nostru corp. Cu cat ai un surplus de grasime (si automat de greutate) mai mare, cu atat te vei simti mai slab si cu atat mai putine exercitii vei putea face.

  • Iti vei imbunatati conditia cardio-respiratorie

Surplusul de greutate nu va reprezenta o piedica doar in sala de fitness sau pe terenul de sport, dar iti poate crea dificultati si in a face o plimbare mai lunga alaturi de prieteni sau familie. Conditia cardio-respiratorie este cunoscuta ca si capacitate de lucru si reprezinta abilitatea de a face efort fizic inainte ca oboseala sa se instaleze. Indiferent de ce activitate faci, trebuie sa ai energie pentru a o duce la capat. Vei obosi si vei vrea sa renunti mai repede cand porti dupa tine acea grasime in exces.

  • Vei evita problemele de sanatate

Nu trebuie sa fi cardiolog pentru a stii ca greutatea in exces aplica un stres mai mare pe inima si mareste riscul aparitiei unui atac de cord si a unor probleme de sanatate precum diabetul, tensiune arteriala crescuta sau colesterolul marit. In plus, eliminarea grasimii in exces minimizeaza riscul aplicarii unui stres suplimentar pe articulatii si al dezvoltarii unor boli articulare si a osteoporozei.

  • Vei fi mai putin anxios/anxioasa si depresiv/a

Studii ce dateaza inca din 1981 au aratat ca miscarea regulata nu doar imbunatateste dispozitia, dar joaca si un rol de sprijin in tratamentul depresiei, iar efectele unui antrenament dureaza mult mai mult decat cele ale antidepresivelor.   • Most of us don’t make a living out of sports, but we do like to play sports with friends and family and it is nice to know that you can move your body any way and for how long you want in order to do any activity you want. Imagine you put on a backpack filled with a 10 kg rock and you have to do a 100m sprint. Then you put down that backpack and sprint again for 100m. Do you think you will run faster with or without that backpack? That backpack represents the real-life sport limitations which are brought by the excess body fat.

  • When we do a strength workout we not only lift the free weights, but also our body weight. The more fat (and automatically body weight) you carry, the weaker you will fell and the less work you’ll be able to complete.

  • Excess weight will not hold you back in the gym or on the field, but will also make it hard for you to play a game until the and or do a longer walk with your friends and family. Cardiorespiratory conditioning is also known as work capacity, meaning the ability to make effort before fatigue sets in. Regardless of the activity you do, you must have the energy to go the distance. Carrying that extra fat will make you get tired faster and wanting to quit quicker.
  • Healthier body
  • You don’t have to be a cardiologist to know that carrying extra weight can put an extra stress on the heart and increase the risk of heart attack and some health issues such as diabetes, increased blood pressure or high cholesterol. In other words, losing excess fat you will not only look good on the outside, but you will also be healthier on the inside.

  • The joints need to move in order to get the nutrients they need in order to function properly. Our bodies respond to stress and working out and having an active lifestyle helps us keep our joints healthy, giving them the movement they need. Having extra body fat can make you feel uncomfortable to be active which would lead to a sedentary lifestyle that isn’t conducive to giving your joints that regular movement they need in order to stay healthy. Furthermore, losing fat will minimize the risk of putting an extra stress on the joints and developing joint diseases and osteoporosis.

  • Studies dating back to 1981 show that regular exercise will not only improve your mood, but it also plays a supporting role in treating depression and the effects of a workout last longer that those of antidepressants. Active people are less susceptible to certain unwanted aspects of stress and anxiety than sedentary people.
